Recruiting and candidate screening performed on a contingency basis, a nominal percentage fee of annual salary is due after new employee completes first 30 day unconditional guarantee, and replacement service is in effect for initial 90 calendar days of employment.

Hiring manager can register account, then post job order, view candidates matched by recruiters, and manage interviews from user account.

Contract Employee Services

Recruiting and candidate screening performed on a contingency basis. Hiring manager decides who to interview based on review of submitted resumes. After interviewing, customer decides which candidate is suitable for the project, then identified candidate becomes an assigned contract employee of A. Kabbe & Associates, Inc. Our company is the Employer of Record.  We administer payroll compensation (including all required withholding of taxes), and necessary workers’ compensation insurance. Customer is invoiced weekly based on hours from customer approved timesheet.
